Jacobs Visual Designer (w/m/x) in Krakow, Poland

We are an international engineering company providing services in the field of technical consulting, design, and investment project management.

As part of our Client & Sales Solutions Department, the Graphic Design & Visual Media Team is responsible for delivery of 2D and 3D graphics, visualizations, animations, web and UX/UI design for various clients across the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with technical design and engineering experts to explore and understand their design concepts.

  • Planning, conceptualizing, and designing compelling animation sequences and 3D graphics.

  • Preparing and finalizing visualizations to support sales pursuits, integrating final outputs such as video montage, animations, 3D visualisations, interactive documents, presentations, printed and digital proposals.

  • Integrating 3D models within real world imagery and video (such as drone image/video capture).

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Master’s or Bacheler’s degree in Art or any Graphic design field will be an asset

  • 3-5 years’ work experience in motion design ((brand, character animation, video etc).

  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken

  • Advanced technical skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop

  • Technical skills in 3D - 3ds Max, VRay, Blender, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Rive, Spline.3D and the rest Adobe Creative tools will be an asset.

  • Not afraid to challenge.

  • Reliable.

  • Committed to learning and sharing the knowledge.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues, partners and clients.

  • A proactive nature, interest in extending motion capabilities into Digital (web, immersive technology etc).

  • Willingness to travel to UK offices on occasions.
