Your Impact:

The Project Engineering Technical Specialist provides engineering support and monitoring as well as supervises, plans, and schedules complex technical and engineering projects from small projects to multibillion dollar projects. Additionally, you will lead groups of field engineers and field surveyors through the management of work processes, ensuring the operational needs for the facilities and projects are met.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

25 or more years of DOE related project experience

Sole USA citizenship

Demonstrated safety leadership experience required.

Experience leading groups of field engineers and field surveyors through the management of work processes, ensuring the operational needs for the facilities and projects are met

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with construction readiness for QC inspections and assist in preparing Turnover Packages.

Preferred qualifications:

A person already residing in the Las Vegas, NV area

Essential Functions

Equipment and Machines: Standard office PC, with software will be provided


On-Site Security training is mandatory before performing project duties.

Timely response to resolve issues is expected.

Overtime work must be pre-approved and authorized

Travel required – As needed


Sole U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance.

Valid driver's license is required. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.

Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.

Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.

Must take and pass a pre-employment drug and background check.

• Must perform work activities requiring interaction, negotiating, instructing, supervising, persuading or speaking with others.

• Must be able to work under supervision and respond appropriately and professionally to criticism from a supervisor.

• Travel requirements - may require travel.
