As International & Complex Deal Advisory (Transactions), you’ll grow our business delivering transactions advice within the international energy sector. You’ll develop deep trust-based relationships with our clients, to build and manage our position in major accounts and to create demand for services from across the Jacobs Group. You’ll shape the strategic direction of this specialist market, playing a key role in the continued growth of the Jacobs business globally.
In this role you will:
Be market facing, drive sales on allocated clients and target organisations
Be the transactions, finance and due diligence expert across several major projects spanning the energy value chain.
Hold and control high level conversations with senior stakeholders in the markets and be capable of introducing relevant specialists from across the firm
Lead by example with client relationships, technical quality, service delivery and commercially
Grow Jacobs business within our specialist markets
Bring insight and effectively apply your knowledge to business and client problems
Communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear
Build the reputation of Jacobs through quality of work, knowledge, and experience
Here’s What You’ll Need:
A successful track record of new business origination within international energy projects through both internal and external activities
Expertise in leading transactions advisory, commercial and technical due diligence activities across the energy value chain
Excellent commercial acumen
A technical strength in our specialist markets
Ability to sustain a high level of drive, enthusiasm and a positive attitude that translates across the team
Ability to demonstrate success as an inspirational leader
An inclusive, collaborative approach and operates in an inspirational & respectful manner with colleagues, clients and the wider community
Extensive global network with funds, banks, and investors
