We are looking for an organised and customer focused Technical Project Assistant to support our teams in the effective use of software packages and project workflows. You’ll be an integral part of the team, providing the day to day front line support for all technology issues and to assist the teams to adhere to industry standards regarding technology and workflows. You’ll be adept at explaining technical information and translate this into training which you will develop and deliver to the team. Strong attention to detail is key, as you’ll ensure compliance and security of all digital project information, escalating where necessary. You’ll assist the team to manage client requirements, as well as the implementation of processes and standards.
With a keen interest in keeping up to date with developments in software and emerging technologies, you’ll report back to your team, making recommendations and sharing findings. You’ll work closely with the Technical Development Team, playing a part in the drive for innovation and automation, seeking opportunities from current practices.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Don’t worry if you’ve never done a job like this before. If you can demonstrate your passion and enthusiasm for software and technology, communicate confidently and bring an eagerness to learn, develop and grow then we want to hear from you.
Highly advantageous would be knowledge of ISO 19650, construction management software and civil engineering design software – but none of this is essential for the right candidate and training in these areas will be provided. A secondary education with qualifications including English and STEM subjects is required.
