Bring your specialty skills as a Fare Systems/Collections Specialist, where you will assist Transit Agencies with their overall assessment, design and implementation of fare collection processes and technologies to enhance fare collection and revenue operations.

Your industry knowledge and technical skills will shine as you: Review and evaluate both new and existing Automated Fare Collection (AFC) system operations and provide recommendations for future solutions, oversee procurement related tasks associated with the evaluation and selection of new AFC technology solutions, plan, monitor and manage AFC system related projects in relation to advancement of technologies and revenue protections, and remain abreast of latest AFC technologies, trends, and solutions relative to Transit fare collection systems.

You'll play an integral role in collaboration with our staff in forming and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. This position will support our clients and projects in the Southwest.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Bachelors’ degree with major course work in Computer Science, Planning, Business, Finance, or a related field

Progressive experience supporting, coordinating, or managing fare collection projects

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)

Ideally You'll Also Have:

Experience with a transit agency, AFC vendor, or AFC consulting firm

Advanced degree related
