Roles/Responsibilities

  • Prepares and maintains internal and external reports for executive management

  • Coordinates with various program departments on executive- level deliverables

  • Assist in the analysis and recommendations of issues with the Executive Team

  • Provide Oversight on long term projects

  • Provide status report to Executive Team

  • Attends Senior Staff Meetings and Executive Team Meetings

  • Under the direction of Deputy Director, coordinates and responds to issues

  • Ability to create Ad-hoc presentations, reports, memoranda etc.

  • Other Duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Previous work or internship experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Windows

  • Ability to work in a fast- paced environment

  • Ability to discern and maintain confidential information

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience reporting directly with Executive Management

  • Previous work or internship experience in construction management of facilities or school construction

Essential Functions:

Intermittent sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, and lifting. Lifting requirements limited to 20 lbs. in the form of supplies, drawings, etc. Longest distance carried of 50 feet. Hand manipulation is required for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation. Right and/or left hands utilized. Occasional need to reach and/or work above the shoulder, for supplies, as well as below the shoulder for same. No foot controls necessary. Must be alert to equipment in the field, there will be occasional travel, will work near construction job site equipment when in the field, occasional need to work near hazardous equipment and machinery, occasional need to walk on uneven ground, exposure to dust, gas or fumes, exposure to noise, extremes in temperature or humidity, and potential work at heights.
