Jacobs Senior Project Manager Deputy Program Director in Los Angeles, California
The Senior PM Deputy Program Director, based out Los Angeles, California, will play a pivotal role in orchestrating all aspects of the ICP, ensuring that each phase—from assessments to implementation—aligns with LAWA’s strategic goals, budgets, and timelines. They will collaborate with the Control & Analytics team as well as manage the Engineer/Architect (E/A) teams, those specializing in specific areas of above and below ground systems, to ensure that infrastructure upgrades are executed effectively.
The Senior PM Deputy Program Director, will assist in coordinating the overall program, including collaboration with the Program Controls & Analytics team and the various E/A firms engaged in the program. They will oversee all aspects of infrastructure assessments, planning, design, and construction, while monitoring compliance with industry standards, airport regulations, and safety protocols. They will also get the pleasure of reporting progress to LAWA leadership and facilitating communication between stakeholders and ensuring that all activities are aligned with LAWA’s strategic objectives, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, other related engineering major or related field.
Project Management (PMI) experience and or certification
14+ years of experience, preferably in construction management.
Previous experience with LAWA
Experience overseeing planning, design, procurement and construction, preferably in airport facilities.
