We are looking for a driven and curious Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our team in Louisville, KY.

We are looking for a senior water and wastewater engineer to join us and execute planned projects located in Louisville, KY. The employee will work alongside our local team to perform the following tasks:

  • Contribute and lead multi-discipline teams to deliver world class projects.

  • Effectively lead project tasks and project teams with diverse technical skill sets and geographic locations.

  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.

  • Work to build a cooperative partnership between the client, and all stakeholders to ensure overall success of the projects.

  • Collaborate on and contribute to maintaining and building strong client relationship Assist with business development and marketing efforts to help grow the business with both existing and new clients in KY.

  • Drive health and safety in all aspects of project execution including field, office and personal environments.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in design of water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects and related construction activities.

  • Demonstrated experience with project management, staff management, and/or business development

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams on complex infrastructure projects

  • Current KY PE or ability to obtain reciprocity within 6 months

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Masters of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related engineering field

  • 15 years of related experience in water/wastewater industry

  • Recent experience working with clients in the KY market
