Your Impact:
Jacobs is seeking an Effects Coordinator to join the Jacobs Team. This role oversees the planning and coordination of Military Information Support Operations (MISO) messaging across Combatant Command (CCMD) AOR, supporting multiple operations in a whole government approach. This role is responsible for planning and coordination with forward deployed units in support for CCMD (MISO) Web Operations (WebOps), to include coordination and deconfliction of content and thematic guidance.
Program Mission:
U.S. Special Operations Command requires professional services to carry out culturally relevant internet-based influence activities for synchronizing, planning, generating, and assessing the effectiveness of the global program. These activities provide the Department of Defense with the ability to conduct persistent, networked, and distributed operations in the information environment to counter terrorist ideology, malign influence from state actors, and provide global stability.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review Department of Defense authorities to implement assessment policies
Theater Campaign Plans, Theater security Cooperation and Contingency planning
Plan internet-based influence operations with Combatant Commands’ MISO planners and operators
Coordinate the assessment process of internet-based influence operations

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
10 years’ experience in Military Information Support Operations (MISO)
Master’s degree in related field
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in related field
Previous Regional MISO Battalion practitioner experience with cultural and language experience
