Program Mission:
The task support to the USSOCOM J24 Global Security Office, Special Operations Command, Identity Intelligence Operations Division (GSO-i2O) in concordance with the specifications of the statement of work (SOW). The imperative is to enable SMEs to facilitate the Production, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of biometric, forensic, and Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) materials. This involves a coordination network spanning multiple government agencies, utilizing various USG data sources to compile case files and compose Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) for swift dissemination to SOF forces and the wider intelligence community (IC). Contractor personnel are tasked with contributing to J2 mission objectives and managing the daily operational facets of the SOF Enterprise, which envelops HQUSSOCOM staff; USSOCOM Service components; theater special operations commands (TSOCs), special operations joint task forces (SOJTFs), and pertinent interagency and coalition partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Guiding during the development, testing, and training events for new intelligence tools and web applications.
Ensuring the data gets correctly stored in the appropriate i2 related data repositories, including the DoD Automated Biometric Identification System.
Conducting briefings and preparing informational documents.
Assisting in managing watchlists, including the Biometrics Enabled Watchlist and Digital Media Enabled Watchlist.
Coordinating with other theater elements to support theater i2 requirements using SOCOM IT architecture.
Monitoring document and product reviews, ensuring quality control, and taking corrective actions when needed.
Offering embedded PED support to military units as per guidance from the Intelligence Community.
Providing continuous professional development on new/emerging biometrics intelligence processes supporting worldwide operations, National, and COCOM intelligence priorities.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of all-source intelligence analysis experience with military analytical tools.
A deep understanding of SOF i2 operations, intelligence, and interagency processes and procedures.
3 months of experience in collecting, reviewing, and disseminating digital multimedia and hardcopy products.
3 months of experience preparing BEI, FEI, & DEI.
2 months of experience using SOFEX and related systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to travel up to 20% during the year.
Proficiency in SOF i2 case management, SOF products dissemination, Bi2R, BIAR, and BEWL.
