This has seen our talented and forward-thinking Building Surveying team change the landscape of how the industry works, developing our digital property solutions tool. MyFacilities is a fully configurable cloud-based third-party accessible product for digital buildings and asset information management , delivering active risk, defect and safety management and real time compliance reporting from building and asset to portfolio scale.
We’re now looking for innovative-thinking, technologically savvy Building Surveyors to join our teams, helping us to continue to find innovative solutions to our clients problems, delivering service of the highest quality and changing the vision of Building Surveying in the future.
You’ll already have a mix of survey, professional and contract administration experience but you’ll be seeking an environment where you can use these skills to find innovative solutions and have access to unlimited learning opportunities and space for growth in order to help you do so.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
Ability to manage projects and assignments in a proactive and diligent manner
Excellent report writing skills and ability to provide first class advice to clients
Excellent specification writing skills
An understanding of JCT/NEC Contracts
Experience in CAD and or Revit design packages.
Experience of contract administration of projects from inception to completion
