About the Opportunity:

To deliver a portfolio of change activity that relates to the Business Strategy for Enterprise Asset Solutions.

Establish strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful delivery of these changes in a fully collaborative way.

Collaborate with the leadership team and senior resources to ensure that operational change is defined and delivered to strategic direction and the needs of the Business.

Work with the leadership team and senior resources to establish the impact of change to the business, prepare the business to accept and implement the change and support the business to utilize change once delivered.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Undertakes specific change assignments to support delivery of Transformation;

  • Takes overall responsibility for implementation of the business change aspect of plans, focusing on requirements and planning to meet business and client needs;

  • Improves knowledge of the business change principles and methodologies, both current and emerging;

  • Interface with other areas of Jacobs, sharing business knowledge and expertise and resolving issues as necessary and assumes responsibility for decision making within own area of expertise that will have a significant medium to long term effect on Enterprise Asset Solutions;

  • Works effectively with stakeholders (at all levels), securing their involvement, confidence, and co-operation in executing assignments, generating their buy-in and ownership;

  • Delivers contribution to business performance by managing the change aspect of projects according to business priorities;

  • Provides expert support, as required, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of problems;

  • Carry out research to assimilate necessary knowledge in business change and provides mentoring to colleagues, transferring skills and expertise.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Proven track record in delivering major transformational activity, process re-engineering, change management to agreed business specifications to meet customer requirements;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication (written, oral, presentation), risk and issue management, stakeholder management, influencing skills;

  • Trained in structured process development and project management methodologies e.g. LEAN, PRINCE 2, APM;

  • Experience of successful change initiation and delivery in a business environment;

  • Exposure to Virtual and Global Shared Service Operating Models;

  • Able to work with ambiguity, conflicting priorities and maintain the perseverance required to deliver;

  • Attention to detail / Concern for quality / Ability to multitask / Assertive / Customer focused.
