The Digital Engineering Manager / Senior BIM Coordinator is responsible for providing project delivery consultancy and engineering services in the R & H market based at our Melbourne Office. The role will be responsible for project delivery, supporting design management and project management, supporting positioning and winning projects involving a range of services.
The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering, and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.
The role will be the author of DE Execution Plans in liaison with the DE coordinators and Design Lead ensuring the Employer’s Exchange Information Requirements are met at all times as well as ensuring models’ compliance with the Project and/or BIM standards, methods and procedures.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• BIM Modelling / Drafting Qualifications (Engineering or Architecture degree highly regarded)
• BIM Modelling Certification (or relevant working experience)
• Strong BIM management skills, with robust knowledge of data transfer and software packages, and understanding of ISO19650 requirements.
• Experience in day to day management of design/modelling team, mentoring and task and resource allocation.
• Experience in a variety of projects and clients across a range of disciplines, with extensive experience in a specific discipline.
• Extensive working experience with BIM software (Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, BIM360, ProjectWise) and processes as per ISO19650
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
