As a Construction Management Professional, you’ll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Professional in St. Paul, MN or remote with 50% travel time who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.
The Construction Manager will oversee implementation of system wide safety program that utilizes safety professionals and focuses on health and safety of the Jacobs and client employees through ongoing education and training. Assist in developing and implementing project-specific procedures and working document standards. You will be able to verify and document that permits are being handled correctly and recommend correction to procedures if problems are occurring.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Bachelors degree in either Construction, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in construction and construction management in testing and installing of natural gas pipelines and facilities.
Ideally you’ll have:
• Strong technical skills in pipeline engineering and construction management are required.
• An understanding of the administrative, contractual, financial and business aspects of construction operations is required.
• Competent computer skills to include MS Word and Excel are required, with a strong working knowledge of a scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P3 or SureTrak.
• Construction contracting experience is desired. Strong writing skills, negotiation skills, and communication and interpersonal skills are desired.
