We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Project/Cost Engineer to grow with our team.
When it comes to construction, we don’t just look at what’s in front of us. We’re creating for what’s next. As a Project /Cost Engineer on our team in Menlo Park, CA, you’ll have an opportunity to work on active projects assisting in the coordination of the progression of trades, design-field staff, as well as the interface between multiple Capital Projects. You will participate in Owner/Architect/ contractor meetings follow projects from Project Award, through the commencement of construction to occupancy by end users. Based at a client site(s), you will oversee and help ensure that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. You will also provide support to the Project Manager(s) by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, project budget, and change order estimates/negotiations.
Through this role you will have the opportunity to work on multiple fast-moving projects and larger, long-scheduled projects, with an opportunity to grow within this role through future Project opportunities. Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
5+ years of project related experience
Experience with construction sites in healthcare, education, and/or public buildings
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Prior experience with Prolog, Unifier, E-builder and/or Kahua Construction Programs
