We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Roadway Project Manager in South Florida to join our team. As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients challenges locally and worldwide.
As our Senior Roadway Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical design and management of roadway design projects in our Miami Office. This is a great opportunity to produce/manage technical designs and assist in growing our engineering transportation team in South Florida. The successful candidate will be expected to help grow the office’s roadway design practice working and increase sales by:
Serving as Project Manager for key roadway design projects including limited access, capacity improvements and interchange designs.
Develop solutions to complex roadway design projects, requiring a high degree of innovation and ingenuity.
Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing design variation, alternate and advance technical design concepts, techniques, and standards.
Assuring effective utilization of engineering and production personnel and technical quality.
General business development and marketing focus, while ensuring client care and feedback to maintain high quality performance.
Developing Staffing resource planning.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
8 years minimum experience in transportation/highway engineering and management of design projects is required.
Civil Engineering Degree from an accredited university
Previous experience with design and management of limited access facilities
Florida Professional Engineer (PE)
Must be able to demonstrate leadership abilities and possess written and oral communication skills is required.
Demonstrate proficiency in MicroStation and GeoPak, 3D corridor modeling
FDOT Design and Design Build experience
