As our global supply and ask for water grows, solving the world’s most complex water challenges requires different thinking – and that’s where we come in. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Water Wastewater Process Engineer to join our growing Water team in Milwaukee, WI.

You’ll be part of diverse multi-discipline teams in the delivery of water resources, drainage, hydrology and hydraulics design projects within our local and regional water groups.

Your leadership ability will give you the opportunity to lead projects and interface with our clients, while serving as both a mentor and motivator for our junior level staff.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering

  • Professional Engineer Registration

  • At least 4 years' of consulting experience for municipal water and wastewater clients, or similar work water or wastewater industry public- or private-sector experience

  • Experience delivering design projects and construction-phase engineering

  • Demonstrated understanding of process mechanical designs, drinking and wastewater unit processes and technologies, master planning and condition assessments

  • Experience with hydraulic analyses

  • Willingness to participate in technology, project administration, and client relationship leadership roles

*Ideally, You’ll Also Have: *

  • Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or equivalent

  • Organization skills to complete tasks and projects on schedule and budget

  • Passion for the municipal water and wastewater industry

  • Self-motivated with ability to work remotely

  • Ability to provide part-time support in the field for water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects
