Your Impact:

When it comes to environmental consulting, we’re focused on cleaning up our communities today to improve our tomorrow. We’re seeking a strong technical and sales-oriented project manager to profitably grow our EPA opportunities and successfully pilot these projects through delivery. You’ll apply your technical experience in remedial investigation, design, and construction to develop strategies while championing safety, quality, and the well-being of your team.

Based in the Helena, MT or Denver, CO, locations, you’ll have the opportunity to help us win and successfully deliver EPA projects within EPA Region 8 and other EPA Regions, safely, on time, and on budget. You’ll grow your career as you interact with key clients to grow our business, increasing competitiveness and market share, while mentoring and nurturing project staff. You’ll manage the technical and operational aspects of a variety of projects related to remedial investigations and feasibility studies, risk assessment, remedial design, and construction. We’ll rely on you to lead project teams, successfully delivering high quality work on time and on budget. Working with our Portfolio Sales and Operations team, you’ll create a business plan for accomplishing a profitable operation of the regional EPA business and execute the plan, responding accordingly to changing market conditions. You’ll collaborate on strategies for execution of the Scope of Work contained in contracts and task orders, development of proposal responses, including technical approach development and pricing, and assignment of key personnel.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental science, geology or other closely related technical degree

  • Experience in environmental investigation and remediation with emphasis on bidding and winning projects, field operations and project execution

  • Experience successfully bidding and managing environmental projects for the EPA in Region 8

  • Superfund experience

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Master’s degree Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) license or Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Project experience related to mine sites

  • Experience working with a variety of clients/types of clients (USACE, DOD, Private, etc.)
