We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Administrator to join our team!

This is a full-time position with benefits that you can enroll in which includes - Health, Dental, Vision, Short and Long Term Disability, 401k, 11 Paid Holidays, PTO, and Paid Sick Leave. The salary range for this position is $63K to $85K.

  • Reporting: Generate and issue regular reports for our customer covering quality metrics for all contract-level operations.

  • Audit Support: Assist customer with environmental and county audits.

  • Training Monitoring: Monitor employee training records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Coordinate training sessions as needed and maintain accurate training documentation.

  • Badging Requests: Process requests for site badges and visitor passes, ensuring accurate information is provided and badges are issued in a timely manner.

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Issuance: Issue PPE vouchers, oversee uniforms, and support technician requests for protective equipment.

  • Document Control: Maintain control over quality documentation, ensuring that documents are properly managed, archived, and updated in accordance with document control procedures.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Minimum education requirement of a BS/BA.

  • Must be well organized and able to work on various tasks simultaneously.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel and be comfortable in a team setting.

  • A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software is essential.

  • Ability to effectively create training materials is essential. Must be able to give briefings and trainings to small groups.

  • Must be able to effectively gather, analyze, and report on quality metrics.

Essential Functions

  • 90% indoors, up to 10% outdoors

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Must be able to pass Federal Background check

Equipment and Machines Involved in Work Tasks

  • Computer, printer, radio: up to 100% of work time

Criticality of Attendance

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm, no overtime

  • Regular attendance is required

  • Punctuality is a moderate urgency
