Based out of Montreal, you’ll have the opportunity to work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams to contribute directly to all phases of government and privately-owned infrastructure projects. This position is full-time. Bring your enthusiasm for learning and desire to work with a multi-disciplinary team of technical experts, and we’ll help you grow!
Responsibilities of the Role:
Support the development of the program by working on tasks such as the development of project requirements, scope, resources, schedule, and budget
Assist the Environment & Sustainability Director in developing project management documentation including deliverables, reporting such as forecasts, risk registers, schedules and stakeholder engagement registers
Coordinate the monitoring and update of the schedule and progress against milestones
Undertake information management activities via industry used Common Date Environments such as SharePoint and ProjectWise
Work with our multi-disciplinary environmental and sustainability teams as necessary to complete tasks.
Experience in the delivery of large (>$1bn) international rail and transportation projects.
Minimum 8 years of applicable experience
Undergraduate degree in civil engineering or related discipline
An interest or experience in the environment and sustainability related topics
Ability to communicate with a variety of internal stakeholders (both in person and through digital channels)
Problem solving skills and great attention to detail
Bi-lingual is an asset
Experience in a variety of project delivery models considered an asset
Working towards PMP or equivalent would be an asset.
Experience working in a built-up or developed landscape
