As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will support the growth of our P&PS line of business by leading some of the most impactful pursuits in the Americas portfolio. Location is flexible, as the candidates can be located anywhere and work virtually on Sales Opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage diverse pursuit teams in the development of high-quality, opportunity-specific response documents with competitive and compelling sales messages to satisfy client business goals. The Senior Proposal Manager, in partnership with our Client Account Manager, Client Account Partner, and Operations Leaders, positions us to win work by supporting Middle Game and driving End Game opportunities. All SOC Senior Proposal Managers are expected to be self-starters who: possess excellent oral and written communication skills; display leadership and business acumen; develop creative solutions to tackle challenges; are team players ready to support each other; and have a vested interest in the success of Jacobs. Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, journalism, engineering, construction, or other similar field related to our industry required

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience within the AEC (industry

  • Strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced organization and leadership skills to manage challenging opportunities

  • Ability to prioritize and communicate what is most important for the success of the business
