Jacobs GBS Process Transformation and Optimization Specialist in Mumbai, India

Your Impact:

Advanced process mapping and analytics

− Analyzing GBS performance process, identifying waste, risks, opportunities, recommending and managing process improvement projects

− Coordinating projects, including the establishment of plans, milestones, and deliverables in consultation with business stakeholders

− Driving savings targets into the functional areas and providing support to meet those targets

− Cooperating with System/Tools Owners to prepare various technical options and recommendation for solutions to business problems and presenting them to the business stakeholders

− Creating process documentation and reviewing company’s business processes for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with Industry Best Practice

− Supporting and driving OneGBS approach across the GBS organization

Here’s what you’ll need :

− Master's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

− 3 years of experience in finance and strong end-to-end process knowledge

− Experience in initiating, coordinating and implementing business process improvement / optimization projects

− Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings

− Lean/Six Sigma certification or successful process optimization track record will be an asset

− Fluent English skills

− Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

− Project management skills will be an asset

− Knowledge of Visio, MS PowerPoint, Mural and Excel

− Ability to understand and document processes at varying degrees of detail
