  • Work with Knowledge Manager to assess regional knowledge needs and requirements (short-and long-term) across entire Sales enablement and actively participate in the solutioning journey.

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the bids/projects and the documentation requirements and contribute to the feedback loop for continuously improving existing processes.

  • Participate in End-to-end management of key knowledge assets like regional SharePoint (SP) site(s), Knowledge Repositories, and various Sales/ marketing support tools.

  • Automate simple work processes using SharePoint flows/Power Apps

  • Build understanding of various aspects of Knowledge Management Implementation including (but not limited to) SharePoint / Office365 hybrid, Cloud basics, Automation, Analytics etc. by research and actively networking with Jacobs Knowledge Management Community.

  • Support the Knowledge Manager and APME Sales Enablement Lead in identifying, transforming, and synthesising data to build actionable insights.

  • Work with Knowledge Management team to curate and digitalise data from bidding activities (e.g., questions, responses, feedback), Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities such as proofs and project descriptions.

  • Work with Knowledge Manager to maintain and augment information architecture.

  • Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams

  • Help accomplish Key Priorities in APME Knowledge Management roadmap by participating in various ad hoc initiatives and contributing towards KM continuous improvement.

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational/development opportunities; maintain personal networks and contribute to building shared vision for top-notch Knowledge Management practice.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • 4 years or more proven working experience in Knowledge Management required

  • Experience working in SharePoint Online and comfortable in creating pages, lists & libraries.

  • Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI reports etc). would be highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in mainstream Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken) skills required

  • Able to multi-task and deal with complexity

  • Methodical, resourceful, tenacious, and flexible.
