Your Impact:

Opportunity to work on a 6-8 year, billion-dollar, large water treatment plant upgrade project. This is the largest water treatment engineering design project in the south region. You would have the opportunity to lead major portions of the design and managing the significant upgrades of two massive and redundant water treatment plants. You also get to leverage the industry’s deepest technical resources in water treatment. In 2022, Engineering News-Record ranked Jacobs #1 in its list of Top 500 Engineering Design Firms in the world for a fifth consecutive year. Relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities:

  • As a trusted advisor, consult and educate our municipal client leadership team about our best practices, plans, and options for the water treatment plant design process to help them with all the decisions that need to be made.

  • Lead major portions of the overall design of this project

  • Assist with construction administration of things we have designed

  • Manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver world class projects

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field

  • Senior level, project management and conceptual design experience of drinking water treatment plant process engineering

  • Licensed professional engineer

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • 15+ years of project management and conceptual design experience of drinking water treatment plant process engineering

  • Water treatment plant construction administration experience
