We’re seeking a Project Manager II  to join our team in NYC on a municipal agency contruction buildings project. You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast experience in the industry and apply it to solving today’s challenges.

As a senior member of our team, you’ll lead building and infrastructure projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of employees in design, including: Architectural, MEP, Structural, and Civil.

You’ll play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts.

You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Professional Degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering

• At least 8 years of as a Project Manager in an Architectural or Engineering organization

• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building

• Experienced with project monthly schedule review and update process.

• Experience with tracking project issues to beneficial resolution.

• Experience with eBuilder Project Management System

• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Maximo

• Data management experience

• Experience with Ventilation, Heating, HVAC systems, and General ConstructionStrong communication skills, both written and oral

• Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• CCM or PMP certification

• OSHA 30 certification
