When you join our team, you’ll provide business development leadership by working closely with our sales team in pursuit of the upcoming ADA stations project, as well as other key strategic pursuits. This is accomplished by advancing long-term existing relationships with clients, leading the development of execution strategies, supporting proposal and presentation preparation activities, as well as developing and applying lessons learned during contract execution. This also includes working closely with regional leadership to help to identify opportunities and action plans for long-term sustainable growth.
We’ll look to you to actively participate association activities to establish, improve, and maintain a business network beneficial for personal development, to advance client knowledge and relationships, and to help identify areas for growth and strategic talent.
Also, you’ll conceptualize the design and program management approaches for major phases of large infrastructure projects, in which you’ll resolve a variety of complex problems, (i.e. conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, difficult coordination requirements).
Demonstrate and continue to develop your business acumen thru effective communications and working relationships with client agencies as well as staff. We’ll ask you to serve as a liaison between clients and agencies, subcontractors, and design teams.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Project management experience with rail/transit entities
• Financial experience required along with demonstrated business acumen
• Experience with contracts and risk management
• Experience with project execution with rail/transit work
• Strong organizational, communications (both verbal and written) skills, and leadership abilities
• A passion for focusing on staff management (for PMs) and a desire to focus on helping our PMs deliver successful solutions for our clients
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Advanced degree in related field
• Professional Registration
• Strong inspirational leadership skills
• Ability to recruit and lead top talent
• Experience with major NYC-agency clients and mega project pursuits
• Experience mentoring and developing entry-level staff
