We’re seeking an Office Engineer in Albany, NY, to provide critical construction management to ensure our projects stay on track. Based in a field office, reporting into the Engineer in Charge (EIC) you'll balance multiple tasks each day and assist with project documentation and filing to include tracking and processing of product submittals, RFI's and IB's, field and change orders, action items, conformance to construction management plans, creating and distributing meeting minutes, project milestones and closeout. Periodic inspection of construction projects may also be required. You’ll gain confidence as you coordinate with outside agencies, contractors and other 3rd parties regarding field activities and be mentored by a collaborative and experienced project management team.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, etc.) OR 2+ years of experience working on construction projects
Advanced experience with MS Office Suite, Outlook and electronic documentation
Knowledge of construction project scheduling
Willing and able to drive to client sites
Valid driver’s license
Work will require access to secure facilities and employment will require a background check
OSHA 30 certified or have the ability to obtain within 30 days of start date
