Our New York City-Rail project team is seeking a Project Engineer who will assist the project team with the identification and resolution of technical and construction issues related to the electrical work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review submittals as related to the system interfaces, testing and integration.

  • Lead with identification, tracking and resolution of systems interfaces including software/hardware related issues.

  • Provide technical support to Construction Manager with the resolution of technical issues, including the coordination of hardware/software interfaces between multiple vendors and contractors.

  • Lead in planning the testing and integration including scheduling, witnessing and interfaces with participants.

  • Assists with preparation of weekly, monthly and ad hoc technical reports and resolution of claims, etc.



  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in construction and/or construction management of electrical systems, preferably including field experience is required.

  • Rail experience in New York City is a plus.

  • Strong PC computer skills with knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of database management.
