We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our client's site in New York, NY , you’ll work alongside other project team members focusing on projects in the conception to close out phase. You’ll manage various projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality. You’ll facilitate resolution to critical issues pertinent to the project or the facility and have a working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application.

Bring your expertise to solve complex problems and provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects. Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • High School Diploma

  • 8 years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects

  • 4 years’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager

  • Knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents, change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application

  • Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team and client relationship building

  • Knowledge of inspection requirements for various trades

  • OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Willing and Able to cover for emergency work as needed

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

  • Knowledge of NYC codes

Typical salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
