Are you an experienced Project Manager? If so, this is the opportunity for you! You’ll have tremendous growth potential supporting our infrastructure development teams in New York City from planning through construction.

By joining us, you’ll be involved in helping lead the design and delivery of projects ranging from local waterfront projects to international multi-billion dollar port developments. In addition to managing the project financials, delivery, and client relationship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, architects, and scientists to deliver complex projects across the New York City region and beyond. Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Professional Engineer (PE) License in New York (or ability to apply for reciprocity)

• Substantial years of engineering industry experience with approximately 5 years of demonstrated project management experience in the successful delivery of horizontal infrastructure development projects

• Ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team and subject matter experts to deliver projects

• Ability to interface with clients and stakeholders, both internal and external

• Strong proposal and technical writing skills

• Seller-doer mentality

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Experience with New York City agencies such as DDC, EDC, DEP, SBS, etc. and/or the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey

• Experience in design and task management of waterfront projects or facilities

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

• Experience in the design, rehabilitation and inspection of marine structures and/or facilities

• Experience on flood and coastal resilience projects
