Structural EIT Responsibilities include:

  • Developing Civil/Structural Engineering design program activities and calculations in support of structural projects (telecommunications, industrial, process, power and energy etc.)

  • Able to lead a team of junior and intermediate engineers on a wide range of design and design review projects.

  • Plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.

  • Performs design work which involves structural engineering practices but may involve a variety of complex features.

  • Coordinate structural project studies and report preparation assignments.

  • Verify and/or perform all design calculations.

  • Coordination with sub consultants and clients and leading multiple active client relationships with contacts across your market sector and hold the sales lead role for at least one key/core client organisation.

  • Deliver your individual sales goals/ budgets/ targets.

  • While reporting separately, inside sales is your critical business partner. You must work closely with the RISM’s to ensure you have a trained, experienced and strong team, working collaboratively and effectively with the Director of Operations. This includes all aspects of the above.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Understanding of different schemes of telecommunications, process and power/energy projects.

  • Relevant years of experience in structural designs projects with consulting engineering firm.

  • Working knowledge and application experience with AUTOCAD and structural analysis design programs such as STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, SPCOL, LIMCOM and other calculation software’s.

  • Team player and good communication skills

  • Possess computer skills for data analysis and proficient in MS Office.

  • Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
