Working as a Lab Architectural Designer, you will apply your knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, building codes, building systems and materials while managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination. Conduct programming sessions and prepare space plans including lab equipment layouts. You will continue to develop the design and prepare construction documents while conforming to budgets and schedules and develop client project presentations studies, and reports. Monitor architectural project scope development and changes, tracking adjustments to the project. You will conduct construction administration activities including on site construction observation in NYC.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Relevant professional experience for buildings-related design projects including Laboratory facilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Demonstrated program experience in the usage of Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
Ideally, you will also have:
Familiarity with building code
