Jacobs is transforming from an engineering, design and construction professional services provider to a global solutions advisor and provider, with Digital capabilities at the core. We understand how the impact of digital and data can be leveraged to help solve the world’s most critical challenges. As such, this role is a key part of the Jacobs ANZ Digital Solutions plan and will be pivotal in engaging our clients and internal specialists to understand and support their aspirations in a range of sectors including Transport, Water, Power and Health.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

As a Lead Digital Advisor in the Digital Advisory Team, you will have the opportunity to develop large scale business outcomes, providing strategic and tactical advice to enable our clients to fulfil their business goals. This will often involve the exploitation of data and information to provide improved social, environmental, and economic outcomes. Jacobs are looking for someone to be based in Sydney or Brisbane and offer the freedom to work flexibility. You’ll be equipped with the following:

• Previous Digital Advisory experience ideally from one of the Big four professional services firms at Manager or Senior Manager level with some industry exposure preferred.

• Ability to engage with clients to undertake activities such as business objectives, outcomes and requirements identification, current state documentation, maturity assessment, current and future state, gap analysis, solution option identification, strategy and improvement roadmaps for development to harness digital opportunities.

• Knowledge in areas such as the following: Smart Cities, Digital Twins, connected supply chain, intelligent/digital utilities, IT/OT, V2X and IoT platforms.

• Adept at managing client relationships and project delivery, including responding to proposals, workshop facilitation, solution design, business case and strategy development.

• Creative and solution minded, utilising data and business analysis to generate unique client solutions.

• Relevant Tertiary Degree.
