Our Integrated Project Delivery Services team is growing! We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Project Manager to work on a variety of infrastructure projects across ANZ, primarily in the social infrastructure, transport, resources, power, defence and water sectors.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Integrated Project Delivery Services, you will be responsible for:
Contributing to the business by leading or being part of a client’s project team (client side) or delivery partner so that the client continues to choose Jacobs as its preferred project delivery partner.
To plan, co-ordinate and control the execution of specific projects and studies so that they are delivered within time, cost and scope expectations; and to control the change management process.
To proactively manage project progress, risks and issues; and to plan, organise and control activities so that projects are completed as successfully as possible.
To maintain compliance with the requirements of the Jacobs standards procedures and policies so that our Quality Certification is maintained; and to adhere to clients Quality Assurance requirements.
To provide hands on project and multidisciplinary design management including architectural and engineering disciplines.
To meet commercial outcomes by managing own hours and budgets, and where applicable hours and budgets of other team members.
To work closely with colleagues and mentor and develop more junior colleagues as applicable.
Reporting and monitoring of project financial performance.
To support your Performance Unit to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people.
