Jacobs has multiple vacant opportunities for Senior Associate Drainage Engineers to be based at our Sydney office. As a Senior Associate Drainage Engineer, you will be delivering technically excellent drainage engineering designs and consultancy services whilst carrying out independent design, review and assurance on a wide range of major projects. In this role, you will drive business development and be responsible for work winning, identify the next opportunities and support the win of the opportunities. The role will require bid preparation and submittals as required, support section leader, project managers in the delivery of financially successful projects. Your leadership skills will see you mentoring and facilitating the technical development of more junior engineers.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Extensive drainage engineering experience in a similar environment

• A solid background having worked on major and multidisciplinary Civil & Engineering projects

• Previous experience in Geometric Road Design and various software such as 12D, MX, OpenRoads and Civil 3D is desirable

• Experience in Water Quality Sensitive Design and implementation of Digital Engineering standards & requirements will be looked upon favourably

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs, conditions, priorities, and opportunities.
