Our ANZ Digital Delivery (DD) Group aspires to accelerate our DD agenda across all markets, and we are looking for motivated people to lead the organisation through this within the individual markets we serve. As a result, we are now seeking to appoint a Technical Director Digital Delivery, Civil Structures to our Team.

The Technical Director, Digital Delivery for ANZ reports to the Digital Delivery Regional Solutions Director and the Director of Operations providing DD leadership across ANZ. You will support our valued clients with their digital engineering journey, assist with strategic bids, and operate as a visible industry leader. We are seeking proactive individuals who can develop and implement best practices, ensuring a consistent approach to digital delivery execution across the ANZ region.

This is a market-facing role with the expectation to have a strong focus on maintaining existing relationships with our core clients in the Civil Structures market as well as developing and fostering new client relationships in this market where applicable.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent client awareness and delight at digital delivery implementation across the Civil Structures market.

  • An ability to inspire clients through innovation and market-leading solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience articulating and role modelling clear expectations for client responsiveness, client orientation and delivery efficiency.

  • Extensive experience driving a culture of inclusive, high-performing integrated teams.

  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to maximising the power of diverse thinking and perspectives by creating a culture in which differences are shared, celebrated, and incorporated into business activities.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability and demonstrated experience influencing teams and empowering, supporting, mentoring, and holding them to account to ensure that they can thrive in a global setting.

  • Previous experience utilising resources from across the organisation to create best for project outcomes.

  • A solid understanding of market trends and key financial drivers to contribute to and drive sound commercial decision-making.

  • Evidence of a strategic mindset, experience developing or contributing to the development of a strategic plan.

  • Significant consulting experience in program management, relevant to solutions area (i.e. digital program delivery in the Civil Structures Market), and related processes, systems and skills.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate clear technical direction with good social, networking stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
