We are seeking a Registrations & Qualifications Coordinator to join our Supply Management team in any of our Australia or New Zealand offices. In this role, you will register and qualify suppliers for our broader Asia Pacific business. This involves assisting suppliers and engagers of suppliers with queries relating to the registration and qualification process.
This role primarily encompasses both administration and compliance tasks, with a constantly changing environment giving you the opportunity to learn every day. You will work closely with Project teams to complete Supplier Registration and consolidate necessary documentation as per requirements. Communication will be key to being successful in this role as you must have the ability to understand Project Manager and supplier queries by communicating effectively to resolve any gaps on Supplier Registration/Due Diligence process.

The successful applicant will have:
Demonstrated experience as an administrator or coordinator
Experience with Prolog Converge, or a similar system, will be advantageous
Strong organisation and coordination skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent admin skills with precision in attention to accuracy and detail
Demonstrated success working collaboratively
