Jacobs Federal Operations provides a wide range of services togovernment and industry in engineering, environmental, operations andmanagement, scientific, engineering, environmental and technical services. Our clients include USA, USAF, USACE, DOE and NASA. We arecurrently executing many contracts, performing work that is essential to ourclients' missions across a broad range of functional areas.

Thisposition is responsible for the growth and delivery of nuclear capital projectsincluding client interface, strategy development, leads bids and proposals, anddelivery team selection. Provides leadership in developing, maintaining, andadvancing client relationships through operational excellence, client contactsand implementation of growth strategies in coordinationwith sales and senior management. Provides leadership inplanning and execution of work in a cost effective and efficient manner that addsvalue to the client. Promotes and maintains contract disciplinewhile delivering exceptional service to the client through sustained superiorperformance in safety, security, and quality.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to promote repeatbusiness and/or expand the scope of services provided

  • Work closely with sales and senior operations management todevelop sales strategies supporting continuous growth

  • Recruit candidates to fill critical gaps as needed to successfullyimplement the sales strategy including potential key positions

  • Support proposal efforts including the development of win themes,technical approach, organizational strategies, and identification of keypersonnel

  • Provide leadership in driving safety, security, and qualify intothe delivery of services.

Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of twenty-five years ofrelevant experience in engineering and/or project management or relatedexperience with emphasis in nuclear industry. Demonstrated contractmanagement skills including the ability to maintain cost, schedule, andtechnical baseline in a highly dynamic environment while fully supportingclient needs and expectations is essential. Must have strong verbaland written communications skills and be able to work independently

  • A BS from an ABET accredited university or college is required.

  • An advanced degree is preferred.

  • Professional registration is preferred (i.e., PE, PMP).

ADOE security clearance is desired; however the ability to obtain one isrequired
