Jacobs Senior Project Coordinator : Construction (Sacramento) in Oakland, California

Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Land Acquisition Project Coordinator to be working for one of our large clients. In this role, you will manage land acquisitions for a fast-moving program, track multiple ROW Agents workloads and progress, and consult with the client. You will also provide effective, skilled project management to help our team deliver projects in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities include:
Working directly with the client,
Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition,
Oversee acquisition package preparation,
Maintaining project files, database management, and responding to public inquiries.

10-15 years’ experience in land acquisition
Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Earth
Experience with leading teams, coordinating meetings and tracking projects
Capable of working independently, and interfacing with teams consisting of varying disciplines
College degree preferred.
