Are you passionate about solving tomorrow’s water challenges then come with us as you serve as a connector with several of our strategic North Texas and Oklahoma water clients in the water and wastewater utility sector, as well as an opportunity to grow across the region. As the Project Manager you’ll facilitate thought leadership and project delivery excellence, which is a pillar of our values here at Jacobs. You’ll focus on clients and projects within the water and environment sector for various public and private sectors clients, including national government bodies, local authorities, and water/energy clients. You may also deliver projects for key framework clients as well as support projects in other sectors. Expect travel to client sites when needed. We are flexible with physical work location.
In this position we’ll rely on you to provide sound guidance and strategic advice to both your team and clients as you fulfill these roles. Our clients face myriad issues and will lean on you for expert advice and guidance. It is a natural progression, because of the high visibility and contact with confidential projects and clients, to have the opportunity to develop existing relationships and identify new clients to secure new business opportunity.
To meet our growing business needs we are seeking to appoint several Project Managers at a variety of levels. To be most successful you should have past experience managing a variety of project types simultaneously and have the ability and like operate autonomously, with authority, skilled in developing and building relationships. Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future – big and small, global and local.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Degree qualified in appropriate engineering, environmental or management subject.
Past experience in Storm Water, Drinking Water, Wastewater
Ideally You’ll Also Have:
Applicable Professional License
Demonstrable knowledge of writing project quality and delivery plans
Ability to use Microsoft Project and or Primavera, to write and manage project schedules
Good understanding of the technical work undertaken in the water, utilities and or environment sector
