As part of Jacobs’ Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll join a group of strategically focused professionals, providing solutions and driving enhancements for our clients and projects.. Working together, we’ll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future – big and small, global and local.

As the Project Accounting Professional, you’ll be actively engaged in:

  • Project Accounting Support of projects

  • Research of issues submitted by users to determine root cause, solution, and future prevention.

  • Invoicing activity

  • Other project controls related activity

  • Reporting

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Previous experience working with financial systems

  • General broad knowledge of Project Accounting activities

  • An aptitude for learning, analytical and critical thinking

  • Proactive, problem solving mindset

  • Proficient computer skills using MS Office tools, Proficient Excel skills a must (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)

  • The ability to effectively engage with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, including communicating complex technical concepts to users and management

  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment, and prioritize competing priorities
