We're looking for a Project Manager - Transit / Rail in Toronto who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll be accountable for the coordination of projects including, guidance of all technical design, scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and deliver small- and large-scale capital projects. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

  • At least 12 years of experience working on transit/transportation projects as a design lead, project engineer, or project manager

  • Professional Engineer License (P.Eng.) is required

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

  • Strong understanding of complex engineering concepts, road and bridge design standards, Ontario Building Code and other related disciplines involved in infrastructure and transportation projects

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Master’s degree in civil engineering

  • Experience with DB or AFP contracts is an advantage

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas

  • Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
