We are looking for a driven and curious expert Project Controls Specialist in Orlando/Sanford, FL, to support our Construction Management Team on the Seminole County Tax Referendum Program.

As a key member of our program team, you’ll be interacting with engineering and construction to help program and plan schedules, understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact project costs and schedules.

Here's What You'll Need:

• At least 10 years of Cost and Planning / Scheduling experience

• Degree in a related field

• A thorough understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices

• Expert experience working inside the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool

• Constructability and value engineering analysis experience with regard to cost management and schedules

• Claims analysis and change order experience

• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

• Ability to develop cost / schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written, and verbally.

• Excellent communication skills and understanding of technical terminology

• A good business acumen and a desire to get involved in other aspects of our business (project oversight, business development etc.)
