We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Electrical Construction Superintendent  who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. Based out of our client's field office in Wallkill, NY , you’ll take the lead on developing and communicating the project work plan, monitor manpower and performance against that work plan, and be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades. Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • High School diploma

  • 6+ years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects

  • 4 years’ experience shall be as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

  • Willing and able to drive to other project sites based on clients need

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Work will require access to secure facilities and employment will require a background check

  • Ability to work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday. This position may involve after hours work and the ability to assist with field coverage for emergency contracts

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • OSHA 30 Hour Certification
