We’re seeking an Asset Management Specialist/Project Manager to join our team in Pensacola, FL. Someone who can use their vast experience in asset management and the water industry and apply it to today’s challenges. As a key member of our team, you will work on and manage a variety of water, wastewater, and strategic consulting projects and assist with serving our municipal, federal, industrial and other clients in primarily in the Alabama, Mississippi, and the Florida Panhandle. This position will be required to develop strategic plans, asset management, data development, and CMMS software implementation. Each day, this position will be an important team member as they participate in the management of design, coordination, and execution of projects for our clients. This position will need to work independently on a wide variety of tasks with peers in the Pensacola, FL and Montgomery, AL offices and throughout the company. This position should be a self-motivated professional with a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each project in our diverse and fast-paced office.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

•  B.S. in Environmental Engineering or Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Information Systems with a concentration in data management, or related discipline.

• Experience implementing and/or using CMMS operations software

• Ability to lead a team and manage change

• Strong data analysis and technical problem solving

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Positive attitude, dependable, detailed oriented, and committed to meet all assigned project deadlines.

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, organized, and able to successfully multitask in a fast-paced office.

• SQL Server or relational database experience

• Coding experience

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

• Experience using and implementing CMMS Software for a utility

• Strong GIS and GIS Administrative background

• Experience with PL SQL
