We are looking for a driven and curious client-focused Civil Design Engineer in Pensacola, FL to support our infrastructure design projects.

As a key member of our Civil Site team, you’ll have the chance to work on challenging projects ranging from small site design to large campus or facility infrastructure upgrades. You’ll get to work on site civil layout, grading and drainage (hydrology and hydraulics) design, geometric design of driveways and roadways, utility design, erosion control, and design review. You’ll work closely with our talented project teams through all phases of plan production as we carry projects from concept design to bid-ready documents.

The successful candidate should be comfortable designing his or her own civil site projects. The candidate should work well in a team environment and be comfortable guiding and mentoring junior engineers. He or she should be highly self-motivated and value a high quality of work. Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• At least 5+ years engineering experience in site layout, grading and drainage, utility, and

erosion control design

• PE license in the state of Florida or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment

Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:

• 5+ years of CAD/C3D design experience

• Familiar with AutoTurn and drainage programs such as Hydraflow Hydrographs, Hydraflow

Storm Sewers, Culvertmaster, Flowmaster
