The Training Content Developer (WIN) will be a subject matter expert in WIN and be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the WIN course content, provide content oversight and support to the instructors that teach WIN, and develop and deliver new content and make recommendations for revisions of existing topic area content to the Training Developer to keep pace with innovations and advances in technology.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Six (6) years within the last ten (10) years of experience in Cyberspace Operations (CO).
** In lieu of the Six (6) years' experience within the last ten (10) years in CO, a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Network Security, or Information Systems and four (4) years of experience within the last ten (10) years of experience in CO is acceptable. (U//FOUO) A total of Four (4) years' experience within the last eight (8) years must include all of the following Windows OS Internals areas: General Windows concepts and terms, Microsoft OS, Kernel specifics, File systems, Boot process, Undocumented interfaces, Memory management, Internal architecture, Process management
Apply technical area expertise for the development of training material to meet the WIN topic area objectives
Incorporate WIN subject matter knowledge into training materials to meet Government identified training standards
Incorporate the impact of changing technologies into training materials
Develop tools to assess student knowledge, skills and abilities to gauge student proficiency in topic
Review and analyze training materials and recommend changes
Conduct content review based on student evaluations and provide recommendations for training material revisions
Conduct periodic course content review and provide recommendations for training material revisions
Perform task and skill analysis of training requirements to develop learning objectives within training materials
Interact with training developers, curriculum managers and mission customers to assist with design and implementation of a total training package
Three (3) years of experience in the adult learning environment
Three (3) years of experience in curriculum development
Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
- TS/SCI w/Poly clearance required.
Requires sitting for extended periods of time at a desk (90%). Requires sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time (90%). There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work area walking moderate to long distances can sometimes be required.
Inside office/cubicle environment. Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers and all levels of management (100%).
Equipment and Machines
Requires ability to operate a personal computer, a telephone, copier, and other general office equipment (100%). Ability to conduct evaluation of third and fourth generation or current state of the art computer hardware and software and its ability to support specific requirements, interfacing with other equipment and systems.
Attendance is critical. Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Being prompt is important to provide continuous and on-going service to customers. Attendance is important to maintain continuity of service. Work outside of normal duty hours may be required with as little as one hour advance notice. Overtime is infrequent, but important when required (1%).

Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization. Must be able to obtain unescorted access to work areas.
