Here’s What You’ll Need:
As a Principal Electrical Engineer in our Substation team, you’ll be the technical subject matter expert in Power Engineering with expertise in a variety of either mining, industrial/processing, water/wastewater, rail or infrastructure sectors. Clients will view you as a respected, trusted adviser with the capability to deliver business requirements on time and on budget. This is a newly created technical leadership role, which requires a qualified Electrical Engineer with HV and MV Electrical experience with the following responsibilities:
• Technical and project leadership of large, high profile and strategically important projects across ANZ for our key clients.
• Oversee the technical direction to engineers locally and in our Global Delivery Centres to enable the delivery of design packages.
• Manage and undertake technical reviews of deliverables, attend and participate in project and client meetings.
• Regional leadership to promote engagement of ANZ Power team with our Global Community of Practice.
• Develop a variety of key client accounts in sectors such as mining, industrial/processing, water/wastewater, rail and infrastructure.
• Actively support the achievement of growth targets in sales and revenue through client interaction, development of client relationships, achieve strategy and proposal development, interviews and presentations.
