A key role has emerged in our Program and Project Delivery Services team. We are seeking a Program Director who will work on several key Programs and opportunities in the ANZ region. Your knowledge will guide impactful programs and projects with a high degree of technical complexity from concept stage through detailed design, construction, operational readiness, and asset management services.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and advance our business development strategies. You’ll be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for our large infrastructure clients. As Program Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and delivery of a major program, and ensure alignment with Jacobs' business, health and safety, project, and quality management processes.

  • Strategic Business Planning: Contribute to business and sales planning activities, assist with growth opportunities and innovation, and ensure successful delivery of assigned projects and programs within financial and quality expectations.

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, providing innovative solutions that optimise the uptake of Jacobs' offerings.

  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain accountability for program compliance with Jacobs' standards and policies, ensuring the safety and compliance of the entire project team.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with both Jacobs and client stakeholders at all levels, proactively addressing risks, challenges, and guiding through complex issues.

  • Solution Integration: Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for integrating Jacobs' solutions, including strategic planning, Program Management Office, digital transformation, sustainability & decarbonization, engineering, social value & strategic advisory.

  • Leadership Excellence: Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of caring, health, and safety. Assume key roles in major projects and actively support growth initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Proven experience in program pursuit and delivery leadership, particularly in major infrastructure projects. Aviation Cities and Places, Power, Rail, or Water experience will be highly regarded.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of Jacobs' solutions and the ability to identify and implement opportunities for their application. '

  • Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and quality standards within the project environment.
