Whilst busy delivering on a wide range of Infrastructure projects, we are seeking to grow our team through the addition of a Senior Project Manager with Resources experience. This role will support our clients in energy transition, new energy (Hydrogen) and renewables projects. We are helping our clients meet the challenges faced in countries and cities across the globe, providing innovative solutions from replacing conventional thermal power plants with renewable energy to developing demand side management strategies.
The right candidate will further strengthen our existing PM offering, through their proven ability to support complex projects, to foster team and client relationships, and to support repeat and future work-winning through successful project delivery and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
To become a valued and contributing part of the business by leading or being part of a client’s project team (client side) or delivery partner so that the client continues to choose Jacobs as its preferred project delivery partner.
Previous experience in leading studies to deliver projects to resources clients on brownfield and greenfield for construction or maintenance projects
Commercial & Financial acumen, especially working with major resources clients
To undertake business development activities and working with clients to secure future work as applicable.
Experience in managing multidiscipline delivery
You will support proposals and tenders, including preparation of scope and pricing, and be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivery of projects across the full spectrum of the project life cycle.
To plan, co-ordinate and control the execution of specific projects and studies so that they are delivered within time, cost, and scope expectations; and to control the change management process.
To proactively manage project progress, risks and issues; and to plan, organise and control activities so that projects are completed as successfully as possible.
To maintain compliance with the requirements of the Jacobs standards procedures and policies so that our Quality Certification is maintained; and to adhere to clients Quality Assurance requirements.
To provide hands on project and multidisciplinary design management including architectural and engineering disciplines.
